“Rakshabandhan celebration brings with it a lot of zeal, enthusiasm and excitement every year”.
The students of Siddharth Public School celebrated Rakshabandhan on 29th August 2023 with full enthusiasm.
The main objective behind celebrating ‘Rakshabandhan’ was making the children aware about the virtuous bond of love between a brother and a sister which is one of the deepest and noblest of all human emotions.
The festival was celebrated with excitement where girls tied Rakhi on the wrist of boys and the boys gave gifts and chocolates in return. This was followed by rakhi making activity where children were encouraged and helped to make rakhi.
It was a great experience and children learnt more about the pious bond of rakhi and expressed their love for their siblings and family.
