We believe quality education can only be imparted when our teachers get appropriate training related to teaching pedagogy. Each year we invite resource persons from the field of education who are par excellence. Training cum orientation program is held for teachers in the beginning of the academic session. Only the best individuals crack our recruitment criteria and filtration process. The quality of education is thereby maintained. Teachers are guided/trained to make learning more interesting by including various activities like role-play, dramatics, recitation, singing, field visits, study tours etc.
